MXR Dookie
Billie Joe Armstrong used a couple modified Marshall amps to record the guitar sounds on Green Day's album 'Dookie'. The two amp heads were wired together, and could be blended between overdrive and distortion. This pedal emulates that sound, and the blend knob works the same way. There's also a finger-switch that scoops the mids.
