Wren and Cuff Garbage Face
This fuzz is a collaboration between the manufacturer and J Mascis, the guitarist from Dinosaur Jr. There are two separate volume controls for the fuzz, and you can switch between them. In true J Mascis style, there's also a treble boost that you can tap for a little extra power.
